The Future of Professional Communication
In the future, the communication for professionals will change quite significantly. Below are some of the factors and related impact on future professional communication:
Improvement in technology: Professional communication in future will influence due to change in the technology. Communication process will become easy because of the use of advanced technology in communication. It will help the professionals to communicate with customer and stakeholders more easily. Professional will enable to easily transfer their ideas, policies, and opinion to others and will be able to take decisions more effectively. Technology will be the major aspect of communication, which will enable the professionals to communicate liabilities and roles clearly to subordinates that would improve their efficiency (Sarkar, 2012).
Friendly/informal environment: The future communication will be more informal and friendly due to increasing concern on the employees in decision making.  An informal communication will be placed to make the roles and responsibilities clearer and to improve their contribution in the organizational growth. The professionals will encourage the employees and other people to communicate more frequently for getting the new ideas to make the competitive strategies for the increasing competition in future (Dwyer, 2013).

It will create a good relationship between professionals and customers. The social media will be used by the professionals in order to easily communicate with customers upon the product or other issues so that better products/services can be developed with an improvement in the organizational competitiveness (Dwyer, 2013).
The above are the major factors, which will change the way of future professionals’ communication and will make it more open and flexible to include all the stakeholders.
