In the future, the communication for
professionals will change quite significantly. Below are some of the factors
and related impact on future professional communication:
Improvement
in technology: Professional communication in future
will influence due to change in the technology. Communication process will
become easy because of the use of advanced technology in communication. It will
help the professionals to communicate with customer and stakeholders more easily.
Professional will enable to easily transfer their ideas, policies, and opinion
to others and will be able to take decisions more effectively. Technology will
be the major aspect of communication, which will enable the professionals to
communicate liabilities and roles clearly to subordinates that would improve
their efficiency (Sarkar, 2012).
Friendly/informal
environment: The future communication will be more
informal and friendly due to increasing concern on the employees in decision
making. An informal communication will
be placed to make the roles and responsibilities clearer and to improve their
contribution in the organizational growth. The professionals will encourage the
employees and other people to communicate more frequently for getting the new
ideas to make the competitive strategies for the increasing competition in
future (Dwyer, 2013).

trends of social media: In future, social media will be
one of the major sources of professional communication due to continuously
increasing use of the social media among the people. It will create a good
relationship between professionals and customers. The social media will be used
by the professionals in order to easily communicate with customers upon the
product or other issues so that better products/services can be developed with
an improvement in the organizational competitiveness (Dwyer, 2013).
The above are the major
